THE INDEPENDENTS is a global marketing, design and communications group operating across luxury and lifestyle. As the organisation transitioned from a financial holding structure toward an operating group model, we consulted on organisational structure and the leadership architecture required to support scale, alignment and performance.
Through this process, we designed the remit and profile for the group's first Chief People Officer then led the search for a senior people leader able to operate at group level while building practical foundations across a multi-entity environment. The appointment established group-level people leadership aligned to the evolving operating model, strengthening the platform for culture, performance and scalable operations.
