Lewis Alexander is the founder. Named The Kingmaker by GQ Style (2016) and featured in the Vogue UK Power List (2015). Twenty-plus years of experience advising boards, founders and investors on creative and commercial leadership appointments.

Two service lines: Executive Search (Creative Directors, Design Directors, CMOs, CEOs, Chief Image Officers, Chief Creative Officers) and Consulting (organisation design, creative leadership advisory, talent strategy). Particular specialty: the relationship between Chief Executives and Creative Directors.
